Therefore Dynamics 365 was just another license for the whole department and it worked perfectly, no issues whatsoever.
The implementation was quite straightforward because the customer service provided, of course, by Microsoft was excellent and we are already using a specific company-wide, organization-wide actually licenses. And of course, Dynamics 365 was excellent for this. We needed a software to manage specific tasks related to a workforce, and similarly an employee database was more than important, especially when it comes to prioritizing tasks related to recruitment, or again specific meetings within HR and the department. And the most important part was that we needed a specific software to manage HR tasks and Dynamics 365 was basically the most suitable and effective solution for that. So we were not using any specific applications or software for the organization, but we actually were in need of a solution like Dynamics 365.
